Indoor games were originally invented to help people amuse themselves within the confines of their homes. They were invented to pass time at home when, either the weather was bad or, when, sickness confined a person to his or her bed.Indoor games also meant, mothers could keep a watchful eye on their children while doing their house work.Indoor games can be briefly categorized into three types viz. Card games, board games, and games that involve physical movement and snooker books is one of them.

Snooker is a cue sport which originated in In

dia in the latter half of the 19th century. Snooker is played on a rectangular table covered with a green cloth, or baize, with pockets at each of the four corners and in the middle of each long side. Using a cue and 22 coloured balls, players must strike the white ball to pot the remaining balls in the correct sequence, accumulating points for each pot. An individual snooker game, or frame, is won by the player who scores the most points. A match is won when a player wins a predetermined number of frames. Many Indians excel in the field of snooker. Indian snooker players like Pankaj Arjan Advani have been awarded with many awards. RKG Snooker is one of the place where one can go to play snooker and relieve all the tension and have fun with their friends and relatives to spend some quality time together. It is one of the most popular billiards game in the world. Similar to pool, the snooker game takes place on a felt-covered table with six pockets, a cue stick and a set of balls. It is very popular sport in all over the world including India. Indian Snooker players had outshone India in many world championships. The objective of the game is to score more points than one's opponent by potting object balls in the correct order. At the start of a frame, the balls are positioned as shown, and the players then take turns to hit shots by striking the cue ball with the tip of the cue, their aim being to pot one of the red balls into a pocket and thereby score a point, or, if this is not possible, to at least hit a red ball so as to avoid making a foul shot. If the striker pots a red ball, he or she must then pot one of the six "colours" (in snooker, the term colour is understood to exclude the red balls). If the player successfully pots a colour, the value of that ball is added to the player's score, and the ball is returned to its starting position on the table. After that, the player must pot another red ball, then another colour, and so on. This process continues until the striker fails to pot the desired ball, at which point the opponent comes to the table to play the next shot. The snooker game continues in this manner until all the reds are potted and only the six colours are left on the table.
